Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on Yaoi Ai:

Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 2 or more posts who has been a member over a week) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 30 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

Well if you are looking for hardcore then bara manga might be something to check out. Good bara artists to start off with: Mentaiko, Takeshi Matsu, Syuunpei Nakata, and Matsuzaki Tsukasa...all great stuff. Also if you like Dj's Otapyon makes some really great ones for Phoenix Wright (sorry I'm totally addicted to them right now, so I had to mention ha ha).

As far as yaoi that's hardcore (and everyone's idea of hardcore is different) here goes: "Hakui" by Kabutobmaru (her other works are good too, pure smut), "Rumble Rush" art by Kamuro Akira (a favorite), "Whip on!" (oneshots, don't remember mangaka), works by Zaria, "Mob for Jack", "Purism,"(these are awesome).

Okay I hope some of this helps. If you want more I can probably find some, and if you want more info. on any of these just message me. lol

Here are some great hard yaoi mangas: Giglio (Inariya Fusanosuke), Honeycomb Child (Watanabe Asia), Deep Bloody Night (Lee Sun-young), Hada na Ue no Renai Jijou (Naono Bohra), Masara Minase (Aishuu, which is not "hard", but it's beautiful as well).

I've downloaded them all from YaoiOtaku.com. There are more good "hard" yaoi mangas, but I can't remember other titles now...
